I’m a filmmaker, digital content producer and published author based in Copenhagen, Denmark. I’m the co-founder of the production company Empty Chairs Films and have worked as a director, cinematographer and producer on narrative films and documentaries. Through visual storytelling, I aim to share inspiring stories that open doors to other worlds. My work has taken me around the globe on small and big adventures – from the South Pole and interior Antarctica to the mountains of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and many other extraordinary places. Whether on a filming expedition or in post-production, to me the true joy of creation is coming together as a team. 

I’ve published children’s books, a novel and poetry (all in Danish). I hold a master’s degree in Media Science from University of Copenhagen, and through the years I’ve been mentored by a number of great artists such as surf photographer Art Brewer (1951-2022) among others. Corporate clients have included Novo Nordisk, Sony Music, Danish Red Cross, Politiken, Thisted Kommune, Airbnb, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and UNICEF.
